Title: (Senior) Account Executive
Location: Munich or Berlin
Language: English fluent + German native
WFH Policy: 3 days/week in office
Role Description
As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing for mid-market and enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to help shape the next phase of growth as the company scales and transitions toward a more repeatable sales motion.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and structured follow-up on inbound leads
Run complex sales cycles (~3–4 months) with multiple stakeholders
Educate prospects in an emerging category and create urgency despite longer cycles
Close deals with average ACVs around €38K (with potential to grow toward €60K–€100K+)
Help define a repeatable sales motion and reduce dependency on leadership-led selling
Sales Model
Full-cycle AE role
Inbound + outbound mix
Deal cycle: ~100 days (shortening recently)
ACV: ~€38K
Target ARR: €400K (requires ~3x pipeline coverage)
Target output: 1–2 deals/month
Current team performance: AEs are hitting/exceeding targets

Must-Haves
2+ years experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
Proven success in complex cycles (3–4 months) with ACVs €25K–€50K
Strong outbound pipeline generation (incl. cold calling)
Structured deal execution (stakeholder mapping, objection handling, closing)
Tech-savvy; able to sell AI solutions credibly
Comfortable with ambiguity and limited structure
Coachable, adaptable, improvement-driven
Nice to Haves
Experience evangelising a new product/category
Experience selling into traditional industries (e.g., wholesale/manufacturing)
Background in early-stage VC-backed SaaS
Salary Range
Account Executive: €70K base + €50K variable (OTE aligned to €480K target)
2–3 years closing experience
Senior Account Executive: €80K base + €75K variable (OTE aligned to €620K target)
3–5 years closing experience
