Size and functions of local team: 2 inbound AEs, 1 outbound AE, outbound agency for pipeline generation, Head of Sales (2 more AE's being hired) 

Role description:
Part of the first outbound sales team, pioneering the outbound motion
Building and stress-testing new pipeline and deal-closing strategies
Hands-on, full-cycle deal closing
Deal sizes & cycles: Inbound €7K ARR, Outbound €15K-€25K ARR, Sales Cycle Inbound 1 month, Outbound 2 months
Quota & target: 6-month ramp, inbound target 5x OTE, outbound 3x OTE
Ideal customer profile (ICP): Companies with multiple branches, 51-1,000 employees, €10M-€500M revenue
Buyer personas: CFO, Head of Finance, Accounting Lead, Head of Controlling
Outbound signals: Job postings for accountants, new CFOs, industry changes
Average attainment: Inbound avg. 120%, outbound team ramping (~70%)
Reports to Head of Sales, works closely with marketing & CS as well 

Unique about the company:
Grew to €2M ARR via PLG inbound motion, now scaling outbound and growing to 8M ARR in 2025 (!) at 300%+ 
500 existing customers, self-upselling from €2K to €80K ARR
Industry agnostic, wide range of use cases and very large TAM
Strong founder with prior scaling experience (build previous company to 60M ARR) 
Deepest automation engine that outperforms most point solutions. 

Growth perspective:
2025 goal: grow from €2.5M to €8M ARR

Must haves:
No ego, smart, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work in ambiguous, pre-mature sales environment
2+ years full-cycle AE experience
Experience in similar velocity sales cycles
Consultative sales approach ability to understand complex processess from a business perspective and how to solve them
Strong pipeline generation skills

Nice to haves:
1+ year outbound SDR experience
Process consultancy background
Upselling / cross-selling experience
Experience in fast-paced start-ups
German Mittelstand experience
Strong tenure & performance as Senior AE with process-building experience

Salary range & secondary benefits:
100- 150K OTE EUR (50/50)
Accelerators and kickers (3-year deals is 1.2x  - which is the standard) 
1.5x kicker if they pay upfront 
Once you reach 100% you get 1.2x kicker on the whole pay-out (so people make way more than 150K OTE)
