Salary Range: 100k-120k + Commission/OTE

Role Description
This role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in NSW primary schools, building on an established footprint across 90% of secondary schools. The position involves consultative sales to educators and school leadership, driving adoption of the company’s platform through empathy, value delivery, and trusted relationships.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Direct Reports: None
Team Size: Collaborative team including SDRs, BDMs, CSMs, and in-house content creators
Key Collaboration: Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
Responsibilities
Drive new sales within NSW primary schools while strengthening existing secondary school relationships
Manage full sales cycle, including inbound and self-generated opportunities, with an average deal size of $1,500–$15,000 ACV
Leverage a 30-day trial POC to engage schools and demonstrate value
Build relationships with key stakeholders: principals, deputy principals, IT staff, and business managers
Represent the company at 2 annual education events and monthly NSW travel engagements
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Experience selling into the education sector
SaaS sales background
Strong communication skills with empathy and ability to relate to educator challenges
High energy and growth mindset
Willingness to travel monthly across NSW
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in teaching or education
Familiarity with the New Zealand curriculum or Māori language
Consultative sales approach experience
Experience in public sector or school procurement
