Role description:
Mid-market to enterprise customers in manufacturing, logistics, field service
Selling a mobile-first SaaS platform to operations, maintenance, and field service leaders
Typical sales cycle: 6–9 months
Average quota: €400k-€1M ARR
Mix of inbound leads (from BDR team) + outbound required
Value-based selling using MEDDIC
Collaboration with PreSales, Customer Success, and BDRs
Deal sizes vary depending on client scope and implementation
CRM: HubSpot; Sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Must haves:
2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales
Native German speaker, strong English skills
Experience with mid-market or enterprise deal cycles
Value-based sales approach (e.g. MEDDIC)
Self-starter with strong closing skills
Nice to haves:
Startup experience
Experience selling to industrial or field service sectors
Familiarity with SAP-integrated platforms
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Germany:
Base: Up to €70K + €75K commission (1Mio quota) --> Juniors more likely 50-60K base + 30K commission (400K quota)
Spain:
Base: Up to €60K + €45K commission (600K quota) --> Juniors more likely 50K + 30K (350K quota)
