Role description:
Targeting mid-market clients with potential for growth and long-term collaboration
Blend of new business development and farming of existing accounts
Typical buyers: IT Managers, Procurement, Ops Managers
Deal sizes: typically €100k–€300k annually, 3–6 month sales cycles
Offerings include IT outsourcing, service desk, cloud, modern workplace, security
Opportunity to build strong client relationships and grow into a strategic advisor role
Supported by technical pre-sales and project delivery teams
Must haves:
2–4 years in B2B IT sales or tech services
Fluent Dutch speaker
Strong communication and commercial drive
Understanding of IT outsourcing or managed services
Hunter mentality but with relationship-building focus
Nice to haves:
Experience working in a consultative sales model
Background in IT services or technical affinity
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud stack (Azure, M365, etc.)
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 75K base (no commission yet, working on this)
