Role description:
SDR – 90% outbound. Targeting tender-heavy industries incl. Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Public Transport.
Recently funded, 10x growth expected in 3-5 years. Progression possible to Team Lead SDR or AE.
Coaching-driven team.
Must haves:
Intelligent, grit, authentic
Highly coachable
Comfortable with outbound sales
Nice to haves:
6–12 months experience preferred, not essential
Background in competitive sports
Ideally not based in Amsterdam
Salary range & secondary benefits:
€40-45K base + €10-15K variable (can stretch for a good candidate)
