Product: B2B SaaS – Maintenance and Mobile Field Operations Management Platform
Role description:
Focused on top-of-funnel business development
Targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts in operations-heavy industries
Booking product demos for Account Executive team
Strategic outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads
Key KPIs: number of qualified leads, demo bookings, outreach activity
Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Close collaboration with AEs, PreSales, and Growth team
Must haves:
2–5 years experience in SaaS B2B sales or lead generation
Native German speaker, strong English skills
Strong communication and prospecting skills
Comfortable using CRM and outbound tools
Headhunter mindset and persistence
Nice to haves:
Startup experience
Understanding of CMMS, EAM, or industrial SaaS markets
Additional languages (Spanish, French)
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Germany:
Base: Up to €60K + €20K commission --> Juniors more likely 48-50K base + 12K commission
Spain:
Base: Up to €35-40K + €10K commission
