This company is part of a larger portfolio of 19 labels, with 15 colleagues based in the Amsterdam office. They provide innovative SMS and 2FA authentication solutions to streamline customer communication and digital verification – for example, sending automated SMS updates for deliveries or verifying payments and debts. They’ve even built their own payment platform, comparable to iDEAL or Mollie, making them experts in the field of secure messaging and transactions.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH market, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound leads and play a key role in building your customer base. You’ll start by focusing on small and midsize clients and grow into a Business Development Manager role as you gain experience. The sales cycle is fast-paced, with deal sizes between €2.5K–€5K. You’ll also be responsible for after-sales support and onboarding, making this a varied and high-impact commercial position.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage potential clients in the DACH region
Follow up on inbound leads and run discovery calls
Manage your own small deals (high velocity, fast close)
Support new clients with onboarding and implementation
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Who You Are
Native German speaker with good command of English
At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or another commercial role
Ambitious, curious, coachable, and energetic
HBO/Bachelor’s degree preferred – or 2 years of BDR experience
A commercial mindset: you love helping clients and closing deals
Bonus: experience with fast-paced sales and/or closing your own deals

Your Future Team
