Role Description
As the Campaign Lead, you will own and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on offline activations. You will work closely with Sales to co-create targeted campaigns that drive pipeline impact, engagement, and conversion.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: Performance, Design, Content (later), Sales, and external freelancers
Responsibilities
Lead integrated campaigns with a focus on events, webinars, and round tables
Develop ABM and segment-specific campaigns in collaboration with Sales
Measure and optimise campaigns for conversion, CPL, and pipeline impact
Translate product insights into effective marketing activations
Ensure consistency in messaging, planning, and sales enablement
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or campaign execution
Strong planning and project management skills
Comfortable with offline-first campaigns (e.g., events, webinars)
Hands-on with HubSpot and multi-channel execution
Energetic, proactive, and analytical mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in HR-tech or people-development tools
