Role description:
Operational CSM role including onboarding, configuration, and long-term client success for DE market. Initially managing 3 accounts, will scale rapidly. Focus is retention and renewals, not upsell. Support pilots and trials in Germany. Deal sizes approx. €25K to €80K ARR. Potential to also support English-language accounts. No current NPS, but data-driven product engagement metrics in place. 99% retention rate and net revenue retention at 109%.
Growth perspective:
First CSM hire for Germany, opportunity to scale into senior or lead CSM role as DE market matures
Investment in the DACH team (new AE and SDR) brings possibility to grow with major DACH clients
Must haves:
2+ years B2B experience (flexible), can come from varied B2B backgrounds showing operational strengths or RFP understanding
Intelligence and work ethic, strong character hire; mix of likeable and executive presence
Executor role: Strong personal drive and ownership
Comfortable managing onboarding + success lifecycle
Nice to haves:
B2B SaaS/start-up experience
Experience with HubSpot (CRM used)
Familiarity with health scores/NPS frameworks
Exposure to tendering or govTech sectors
Salary range & secondary benefits:
€5K/month base salary (some stretch for the ideal candidate)
No bonus or commission currently (open to future model)
