Size and functions of local team:
19 employees total, majority developers. Commercial team consists of Sales, SDR and Customer Success. The CSM team is currently 2 people: 1 senior CSM and 1 support profile. Jurgen (manager) oversees Customer Success, RevOps and works closely with Sales and SDR.
Description:
Customer Success Manager with a strong implementation focus and clear commercial responsibility.
Owns ~30–40 customer accounts with an average account value of ~€300K.
Primary focus on onboarding and implementation, while actively spotting and driving commercial opportunities within the customer base.
Carries a commercial target and works closely with Sales, SDR and supporting teams to expand and retain accounts.
Acts as the main point of contact for customers, balancing operational success with revenue growth.
Strong collaboration across internal teams to ensure customer outcomes and long-term value.
Sales cycles:
B2B mid-market, post-sale customer lifecycle management and expansion.

High level of trust and ownership; CSMs are expected to think commercially and strategically.

Must haves:
2+ years of Customer Success Manager experience
Strong implementation and stakeholder management skills
Technical affinity or hands-on experience with implementations
Commercial mindset: able to identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities
Comfortable owning a portfolio of mid-market accounts
Fluent in Dutch
Nice to haves:
Experience working closely with Sales or RevOps
Background in SaaS, B2B or planning/operations software
