Product: Add-on solutions to Microsoft D365 (compliance, quality, sustainability, finance, etc.)
Size and functions of local team: 4-person global CSM team, each managing ~3M–4M ARR, 40–100 accounts depending on tier and seniority
Role description:
Enterprise CSM – Full ownership of net revenue retention across a multi-product Microsoft ERP SaaS portfolio
Portfolio: 3M–4M ARR across ~40 (Tier 1) to 100 (Tier 2) customers
Responsible for onboarding, retention, renewal, cross-/upsell, offboarding
Strategic stakeholder management across enterprise clients, mainly in data, manufacturing, and compliance verticals
Owns and drives impact reviews, joint success/account plans, partner health initiatives
Supports customer lifecycle, product advocacy, voice of customer, and 1:many enablement
Uses Hubspot for forecasting, performance reviews, and hygiene
Contributes to maturing and scaling CSM processes internally

Opportunity to shape enterprise CS motion, contribute to OKRs and process development
Room to grow within strategic accounts and mentor junior CSMs
Must haves:
Proven success managing a mid-market or ideally enterprise portfolio (aiming for 3M+ ARR or 40+ enterprise accounts)
Full-cycle CSM: onboarding, retention, upsell, renewal. Experience with forecasting accuracy and NRR tracking
Experience with multi-product SaaS offerings and stakeholder complexity (Or very strong coachability to learn this)
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage account health and commercial outcomes
High coachability, curiosity, and capacity to navigate complex ERP/ISV environments
Nice to haves:
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystem
Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM tools
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: €70K–€80K
Variable: 10–20k, structure under review
