Account Executive – Mid-Market SaaS (New York)We are hiring multiple Account Executives for a high-growth B2B SaaS company operating at the intersection of Fintech, AI, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a strong opportunity to join a scaling sales team with proven quota attainment, meaningful deal sizes, and a clear path to leadership.
The Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and work with fast-growing technology-driven businesses. You’ll operate in a structured, high-performing sales environment with strong inbound and partner-led pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage end-to-end sales cycles (3–6 months) from discovery to close
Sell a mission-critical financial software platform to senior finance stakeholders
Focus on Mid-Market deals with an average contract value around $35K, and larger opportunities up to $75K
Collaborate closely with SDRs, partners, and marketing on pipeline generation
Consistently deliver against a $1M annual quota in a mature, repeatable sales motion
Sales Environment
Mid-Market focus with occasional upper MM exposure
80% of pipeline generated via inbound, partners, and marketing
Partner and VC-driven introductions are a meaningful source of opportunities
Sales team is scaling rapidly, with strong historical quota attainment across the team
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of Mid-Market SaaS sales experience (typical deal sizes $35K–$50K)
Started your sales career as a BDR/SDR in 2018 or earlier
Experience in pre-IPO or early-stage SaaS companies
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC)
Consistent performance history and stable career progression
Compensation & Benefits
$250K OTE (50/50 split – $125K base + $125K variable)
