Size and functions of local team: Total 40 employees in Dubai, 4 people from the DACH team are situated in Dubai
Role description:
Build, develop, and enable a partner ecosystem for the DACH region.
Identify, onboard, and activate partners that expand Sana’s reach and credibility in the region
Enable partners to co-sell effectively through clear value propositions, enablement materials, and joint GTM plays
Collaborate with Campaign, Field Marketing, Agent, and Lifecycle roles to execute partner-supported demand and deal acceleration
Support Account Executives in active opportunities through partner involvement where it increases win probability
Share partner insights, deal signals, and market feedback with the Squad to improve targeting and GTM execution
Sana has implementation partners and resellers (for DACH around 10 now, 3 are active), mainly Microsoft partners. They need attention too to deliver better.
SAP partners, agencies, consultancy firms.
So focus needs to be on recruiting new partners + enabling and training the existing ones.
Targets will be revenu and # of qualified opportunities
Must haves:
2-3 years of experience as a Partner Manager in B2B
Selfstarter and proactive, driven
Nice to haves:
Software experience
Worked with digital agencies, experience within the eCommerce/ ERP space
Salary range: base: 223.000 – 305.000, commission: 33.450 - 45.750 dirham
