Role Description
This role is central to driving the strategy, vision, and execution of the company’s core financial and banking products. You will act as a key bridge between business, engineering, and customers, ensuring delivery of intuitive and compliant financial workflows.

Key Collaboration: Engineering, Design, Commercial, Finance
Responsibilities
Define the strategic roadmap for banking and financial features aligned with business goals and market needs
Lead product development across features such as bank transfers, invoice payments, and credit usage
Represent the voice of the customer through research, interviews, and data insights
Build strong relationships with banking partners, regulators, and payment providers in Sweden and other target geographies
Ensure product workflows are cohesive and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee product positioning and support enablement of commercial teams
Contribute to an empowered product culture, supporting quality and impact
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or financial services
Familiarity with the Swedish banking ecosystem and global payment infrastructure
Understanding of payment rails (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, Bankgiro)
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
Nice-to-Haves:
5+ years of overall professional experience
Background in spend management or financial product platforms
Experience with payment systems such as Bankgiro, RIX-Instant, or Swift
Degree in engineering or computer science
