Role description:
Leader
Foundational sales role for newly created services division
Targeting enterprise clients with transformational learning solutions
Focus on both expansion (within 200 existing enterprise clients) and new logo acquisition
Typical buyers: L&D, digital transformation, data/tech leads
Deal sizes range from €10K to €1M+, grouped in tiers:
€10K–€30K: tactical quick wins
€30K–€60K: mid-level programs
€60K–€200K: strategic rollouts
€200K+: org-wide transformation
Sales cycles: 3–6 months
First-year target: €1M–€2M ARR
Highly consultative sales motion requiring stakeholder mapping and solution co-creation
Mixed lead gen: inbound from existing platform clients, outbound, internal AE referrals, limited BDR support
Initial focus expected to be 70% within existing client base, shifting to 50/50 over time

Must haves:
5+ years enterprise sales experience in consultative/professional services
Experience selling to senior stakeholders in complex orgs
Proven success with €500K+ quota in enterprise or transformation deals
Strong discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution design skills
Background in consultancy or hybrid sales-consulting roles
Track record of tenure (min 1 role >4 years)
Willing to travel 20%+
Nice to haves:
Experience in L&D, data upskilling, or transformation programs
Previous success building or scaling new GTM functions
Familiarity with multi-product sales or internal stakeholder navigation
Salary range & secondary benefits:
US: $150K base
UK: £120K base
