Size and functions of local team: 80 employees in total, 4 SDRs, 4 BDMs, 1 sales enablement, 6 CSMs, 1 Key Account Manager
Role description:
50% inbound, 50% outbound
Outbound is proactively search for the right prospects, cold call them and goal to book a demo for a Senior SDR.
Amazing marketing machine.
 
Target = 6 demos booked per week
Big customers like Flink, PostNL, GLS

Salary range: up to 41k base + 8k uncapped (50% input, 50% output)
