Role Description
This is a full-cycle sales leadership position focused on driving new business across SMB and mid-market segments in the UKI region and selected emerging markets.
You will lead a junior AE team, most of whom have been hired in the last 18 months, with responsibility for operational excellence, coaching, and performance improvement. The role reports directly into the regional VP Sales.
Key commercial parameters include:
• Average deal size around £12K ACV (MRR-led), with opportunities scaling up to £150K–£200K
• Land-and-expand sales model with strong cross-sell potential, allowing ACVs to grow significantly over time
• Pipeline mix consisting of inbound and self-generated opportunities
• Primary buyer personas: MSPs and internal IT organisations
• Future GTM scope includes enterprise/internal IT and strategic account penetration

Must Haves
2–3 years’ experience managing AE teams
Background in B2B SaaS sales
Proven top-performing individual contributor track record
Experience in the IT channel, MSP, or cybersecurity ecosystem
Demonstrated coaching capability and team development
Strong operational execution and accountability
Familiarity with SMB/MM sales cycles
Hands-on leadership approach suited to both turnaround and growth environments

Experience operating across UKI and emerging markets
Background in scaling new business or turnaround teams
Understanding of competing solutions or tools commonly used in the IT channel
Salary Range & Benefits
• Base salary: Up to £130,000
• OTE: £220,000 (approx. £90,000 variable)
