Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
Up to €135,000 in Europe
Up to $150,000 in the US

Role Description
This role will lead and scale the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms, turning product updates, customer stories, and brand campaigns into engaging content. It’s a high-impact position at the intersection of community, content, and creative storytelling.
Responsibilities
Own and scale the company's social presence across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms
Launch creative campaigns around product updates, customer use cases, and brand narratives
Create short-form content—copy, visuals, and lightweight video—for rapid experimentation
Actively engage with creators, builders, and industry influencers to drive organic reach
Partner with the Influencer Manager to activate branded creators and campaigns
Maintain performance dashboards and report on social analytics
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience growing audiences as a creator or for a tech brand (B2B or B2C)
Proven success with viral content, campaigns, or creator partnerships
Hands-on experience managing social channels and community engagement
Strong copywriting skills and adaptability across brand tones
Ability to create visuals using Figma or Canva
Deep understanding of social trends, short-form formats, and platform culture
Curiosity about no-code, automation, and builder tools
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in short-form video editing or storyboarding
Familiarity with SEO and go-to-market launch strategies
Experience growing or managing communities
Background or interest in app builders or automation tools
Growth Perspective
