Base Salary: £52,000
Variable: £34,000
OTE: £86,000
Field Sales Allowance: £600/month (pre-tax)
Additional Benefit: £225/month public transport allowance (London only)
🧩 Role Overview:
Lightspeed is hiring for multiple Field Sales Representatives to join their London hospitality sales team. This is a high-activity, field-based new business role targeting the hospitality sector (restaurants, bars, etc.).
✅ Candidate Profile:
Lightspeed is looking for reps with 2 out of 3 of the following:
Tech Sales experience (SaaS highly preferred)
Hospitality Background (worked in or sold to restaurants/hospitality)
Face-to-Face Field Sales experience
Bonus Backgrounds:
AU Vodka
Majestic Wine
Red Bull (on-trade)
Just Eat / Deliveroo
Hotel Sales (non-event roles)
Not Suitable:
FMCG or retail (e.g. Mondelez, vape products)
Inbound or event sales profiles
Office-based SDRs/AEs without in-person experience
📈 Sales Cycle & KPIs:
Average Deal Size: $500–$1,000
Sales Cycle: 1–6 months
KPIs:
Month 2: 10 demos held
Monthly: 200 field check-ins
Must be comfortable with high activity, cold in-person outreach, and KPI-driven environments
🧭 Interview Process:
Submit CV + detailed cover sheet via Greenhouse
30-minute screen with internal team
Territory Task Presentation
Walk-in Challenge with a hiring manager (observe live prospecting in the field)

Typical promotion to AE2 in ~8 months
