Size and functions of local team: 60 fte in transformation team, 3 sales from Academy, 4 sales for Consultancy
Role description:
60% outbound, 40% inbound leads.
ICP: enterprise, big brands
500k annual quota first year, 1mio after that
100% new business/ cross sell closing
Deal size: minimum 12k, average 30-35k. Outliers in 200-300k. One day training is 5k.
Sales cycle: 2/3 months
Buyer persona: CTO, L&D, Chapter leads
Must haves:
Enterpreneurship, customer intimacy, positive & social - charactar is most important!
Minimum 3 years B2B sales
Nice to haves:
Experience in the IT sector
Network in their TAM
