About the role
Account Executive – B2B SaaS (SalesTech)Location: London or commutable to London 2–3 days/week
Work Policy: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)
Salary: £60K–£80K base + OTE (OTE structure evolving; full quota ~£200K+)
Join a fast-growing, well-funded SaaS company transforming how B2B teams access and action sales data. This is an opportunity to own the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth across diverse industries—from SaaS to fintech, private equity, and beyond.
What You'll Do:
Own full-cycle sales: discovery, solution design, dataset creation (via UI), demos, commercials, legal coordination
Manage inbound opportunities from a strong demand engine; supplement with outbound (e.g. events, cold calling, exec breakfasts)
Engage C-level and VP stakeholders in sales, marketing, and RevOps
Work with a product that solves a real GTM challenge: delivering high-quality, custom-built prospect datasets
Report directly to the VP Revenue and contribute to broader GTM strategy
Target Clients:
B2B companies with 3–200+ sales reps, often tech-first and sales-led. Buyers include CROs, VPs Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders.
Key Sales Metrics:
Average deal size: £20K ACV (range £15K–£80K)
Sales cycle: 7–60 days
Target quota: ~£200K+ per Q post-ramp

Your Profile:
Must haves:
2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE or equivalent)
Full-cycle sales exposure (discovery to close)
Proven cold calling capability
Experience selling to CROs, VP Sales, RevOps
Industry exposure across more than one sector
Startup/scale-up experience
Nice to haves:
Background in SalesTech / MarTech or data-driven SaaS
Familiarity with GTM tools and workflows
Experience with demand gen initiatives (events, content, outbound campaigns)
Consultative/technical sales exposure
