Role description:
A pioneering AE position to help Green Fusion grow into a new and high-impact vertical: real estate asset funds. The solution is already used by 100+ customers (including 10 asset funds) and has proven ROI, government backing, and urgent demand due to energy-efficiency laws. Full cycle AE role, and while it is a new customer segment, they already have proven traction - with an incredibly strong pipeline that you will inheret. You'll take ownership building out this segment, not from 0-1, but 1-2, riding the growth wave and expanding it further. You'll be responsible for building your approach to the market, and act as an example for the other AEs, while directly collaborating with the founders and CRO.
Team attainment: 10 high-potential upsell clients in pipe, plus new inbound demand from the asset fund vertical
Deal size/cycle:
Initial land deals: €12–15K ARR
Expansion: €30–50K ARR
4–5 year contracts
Largest TCV in pipeline: €500K
Sales cycle: ~3 months
PG % & support: 50% outbound, 50% inbound. Initially heavier on self-gen. SDR hire planned later

Must haves:
1+ year closing SaaS experience
2+ years SDR experience
Hunter mindset; proven outbound execution
Trained in a recognized sales methodology (MEDDICC, SPIN, etc.)
Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage SaaS
Nice to haves:
Deep passion for climate/sustainability
Real estate or proptech sales background
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on energy
Experience building outbound sales motion
Past experience at top-tier scale-up (e.g. Personio)
