Size and functions of the local team: Head of sales doing sales, 2 BDRs, 2x Customer Success
Role description: Pioneer AE, hunt for new business and close deals, typical AE role but able to make a strong impact as the organization grows, work together with CEO, Hos, and Head of CS.
Target / KPI: depends on the candidate's experience
Team attainment: 300% in FY'23
Deal size: 180K ACV with cycles of 4-9 months
PG % & support: 50/50 (definitely expected to be a strong hunter and good in PG)
Growth perspective: You can impact the sales process and structure as the company grows and grows into senior positions.
Must haves:
1+ year outbound SDR + 2 years AE experience closing OR 2 year full-cycle sales experience
Closed 60K+ ARR deals average at least (a certain level of complexity - nontransactional)
C-level experience (having sold to them and having executive presence)
Imagine this person has to cell to the C-suite of Bayer or Roche)
Hungry personality and overall sharp people
Sold actual SaaS solutions with value selling (no transactional or nice-to-have solution)
Hiring process:
1. Meet(Head of Sales) - 45min
2. Come to the office, meet Founder & CEO + HoS
3. Final assessment, likely also in the office
Salary range & secondary benefits: 70-120k base + double OTE (really depends on experience)
