Size and functions of local team: 18 people in company. 4 BDRs, in Beiroet located. 3 AEs, in Belgium. All sales is French speaking.
Role description:
Offering solutions, 500+ employee prospects, consultative selling.
No prospecting, are swamped with inbound deals to pick up. No targets per product. Target is applicable from 6 months forward. Double base = target new business in ARR. They get 20% on licenses and 40% on one-off services. On occassion go to the prospect on location to do a presentation.
ACV: 35K ARR licenses + 20-25K services
Sales cycle: 6-9 months
Must haves:
2 years of closing experience, of which 1 year at least in SaaS
Emotional intelligence: empathy
Experience with CRM
Sales driven, work hard - play hard
Salary range: 4k monthly base + 45 commission uncapped + lunch vouchers
[15% salary increase annually by hitting 80% target. Current AE's are hitting their targets consistently]
