Generate pipeline and closing
Limited outbound at the moment. Mainly inbound, this needs to shift more towards outbound
AE - average deal sizes, target, sales methodology, inbound vs self-gen opportunities:
Cycles are 2-6 months
10-30K ARR
Land and expand for larger accounts such as BMW
Selling into companies with 500-5000 employees
Unique about the company (that you don't read online (USPs to the candidate):
Leading L&D platform in Germany, with over 2 mln users
All AEs overperformed in 2023
Must haves:
1 year of SaaS closing experience
