Building new market from scratch. Second saleshire for the Netherlands. Partner channel already established in the Netherlands. Situation in the Netherlands: They have just signed Rituals, and many other big names. Good partnerships going in Netherlands. Investing in Marketing (ABM), good traction with good brands in the Netherlands.
Working 1 on 1 with a strong salesleader.
e.g. Did this also for UK, this founding AE already build out a team of 12 now.
Role description: Be entrepreneurial. You’re building up a new market.
Closing deals.
Building pipeline.
Hiring a partner manager to generate leads, and you work with an outbound leadgen agency. It's 25% own pipeline generation. Also lots of events, dinners, etc.
MM/Enterprise sales.
ADS: €50K-€100K ARR
Cycle: 2-12 months
STRONG product, customers love them.
Yearly quota for this person: €500K-€800K depending on seniority
Must haves:
Hunter’s mindset, ambitious people, entrepreneurial spirit
B2B SaaS experience
At least 2 years closing experience
Network/Experience selling into retail/e-commerce (DMU: CMO/CEO/E-com directors)
Nice to haves:
Amsterdam region
Salary range: Up to €120K-€130K OTE uncapped (Max. 80K base)
