25 FTE in the office
Sales team consists of 2/3 reps
Focus on supporting existing clients
CEO is also involved in the sales team
Role Description:
New business role with a full-cycle sales process
Main focus is on top of the funnel and generating a pipeline
Guidance from the CEO to close deals independently
Requires ability to perform outbound sales with minimal support initially
Unique Aspects:
Only Microsoft partner exclusively focusing on non-profits
Develops its own product in addition to being an implementation partner

Must Haves:
Dutch native
At least 1 year of tech/saas B2B BDR/SDR experience (For superstars, ideally more)
Certain seniority, as you'll need to be able to do your own prospecting etc, there's not much enablement.
Nice to Haves:
Background in Marketing Automation or CRM tools
2 years of BDR experience
Closing experience
