Role description:
New sales leader, great guy that people will enjoy working with.
2/3 month sales cycle
30K ARR deals
€700K ARR target (5x OTE)
Build 60/70% pipeline yourself (many contacts that are easy to target, they have huge lists), but also get inbound etc. and hiring BDRs over time.
Strong marketing, strong inbound stream.
Growth perspective: Potential to grow into leadership
Must haves:
Attitude and Aptitude very important, needs someone that’s accountable.

Executive presence (experience selling to C-level)
Intelligence, ambition, drive, enthusiasm, energy
At least 2/3 years of closing experience in a B2B environment
BDR experience or strong prospector
Nice to haves:
UK native/Dutch native
Selling into Marketing DMUs or Martech experience
