Size and functions of local team:
2 BDRs, 1 AE, 1 team lead/sales manager in Rotterdam.
Role description:
AE role with BDR support. They want people to also do their own prospecting during the ramping period. Around 70% comes through BDRs, 30% self-sourced.
€10K ARR Average deals, 2/3 months sales cycles on average
Quarterly quota: 100K ARR
People will get a fair ramp-target first 6 months.
CFOs and finance DMUs.
