Opportunity Summary
A new business unit is being launched, expanding a SaaS solution into untapped areas.
With a current customer base of 900 clients—many not yet utilising the core module—there’s significant low-hanging fruit to capture. Growth in EMEA is gaining pace, with the team expected to scale from 5 to 25 FTEs by 2026.
Vertical: Customer Success / SaaS
Deal size: €10–20K
Target: €150K per quarter
Deal cycle: 3–6 months
Segment: Full-cycle outbound AE with BDR/inbound support
Scope: Influence the trajectory of a new business unit with input on product, process, and people
Growth Perspective: EMEA team projected to grow 5x by end of 2026, opening at least 5 mid-management roles
Requirements
Must haves:
2–3 years of closing experience in SaaS
Full-cycle sales experience including outbound calling and prospecting
HBO+ education
Strong analytical and communication skills
Team player, optimistic, self-starter, creative
Fluent in Dutch & English
Nice to haves:
Experience in the customer success software space
Background in startup or scale-up environments
Former professional athlete
Master’s degree
