GTM team mostly in NYC (~75%), small hub building in SF (~25%)
Growth team also involved in sales
Hiring 2 BDRs + 2 AEs now. Already have 1 AE.
Role description:
Vertical: Mid-market to Enterprise
Buyer persona: Marketing teams, Product teams, anyone with "Insights" in title
Deal sizes/cycles: 30-40K ADS, 2-6 month cycles (Also closing enterprise deals for $50K-$100K+)
Leads: Inbound & outbound mix, expect to be hands-on and do your own PG.
Growth perspective:
Significant: Doubling revenue by EO January
Clear opportunity to shape early GTM motion
Must haves:
2-4 years of SaaS closing experience
Experience with similar salescycles and ACV (2-6 month cycles, ACV 30K+)
Hungry, Humble and Smart
Start-up experience in a way (Scrappy environments, outbound experience etc)
Nice to haves:
Background in AI/insights
