Size and functions of local team: 32 FTE, 3/4 in sales team

Role description:
ADS: €10K ARR → Moving to €18K
Sales Cycles: 3-6 months
Lead Sources: 20% self-sourced opportunities, 80% inbound/marketing/SDR support/events, etc.
Quota: 2-3 deals per month

Growth perspective: The team will grow, offering opportunities for career advancement. This is an individual contributor role with potential to grow into a Senior position.

Must haves:
1 year of cold calling/sales experience (e.g., BDR or any form of B2B cold calling)
1 year of closing experience in SaaS
Ability to work autonomously (e.g., forecasting, self-starter, motivated)
Ability to create your own opportunities
Experience selling to and working with HR DMUs

Nice to haves:
2+ years of closing experience in SaaS
Proven track record of success
