Size and functions of local team:
* In Amsterdam about 80fte, 300 globally. For DACH team about 6 AEs.
Role description:
ADS: 10K, up to 30K/40K
Cycles: 35 days (SMB), more enterprise 3-6 months.
Target (fully ramped): +-€500K ARR (50% SMB, 35% MM, 15% Enterprise)
Full sales cycle (combination inbound/outbound), looking for AEs strong in outbound and doing their own PG. Think 20% inbound (marketing/SDR), 80%. So highly outbound driven role.
ICP: 100fte+, not industry specific. SaaS/Tech companies do really well with Tellent.
Must haves:
* At least 2 years of full sales cycle closing experience (B2B SaaS)
* Strong in stakeholder management
* Similar salescycles
* Native German
Nice to haves:
* Background as an SDR
* Experience selling HR-tech or selling to same DMU
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to €68K base + €40K commission uncapped (no threshold)
