Product: Our client is a key player in the drone-mapping and analytics industry, offering specialised solutions that enhance data capture and analysis for construction, mining, and related sectors.
Size and functions of local team: 15 people in Europe (6 sales, 6 in support + VP). Localised German marketing and support. Company total ~300.
Role description:
More junior profile focused on growing the existing customer base (150 accounts in Germany, ~200 total in DACH/CE).
Net new ARR from existing accounts.
Support dealer and customer relationships to expand penetration.
Mix of remote interactions and occasional on-site visits.
Reports to the VP.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base €55-60K; OTE €70-75K.
1.5K equity.
