Their platform leverages advanced AI to generate high-quality sales meetings, helping businesses meet their revenue targets by identifying ideal prospects and reactivating inactive customers from their CRM. With a focused and ambitious team of 30, they are laser-focused on reaching their Series A funding round in the next 6 months.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will take charge of the post-sales process, ensuring successful onboarding and continued satisfaction of clients. You'll work closely with SDRs at customer organizations, guiding them through the setup and optimization of the tool. Your role involves leading proof of concepts (POCs), managing client relationships, and providing insights on how the platform can best meet their needs. You will be responsible for up to 15 clients initially, with potential growth in the future.
Must-Haves:
Some experience in SaaS (internships count).
Background as an SDR, AE, AM or similar role.
Strong interest in sales tools and technology.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changeable environment.
A curious mindset with a solid professional track record.
