Role Description
This role manages post-sales partner relationships, supporting growth and retention through strategic account management. The Account Manager works closely with the Partner Success team to drive service expansion, maximize partner satisfaction, and uncover new business opportunities.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: Partner Success, Sales, and Cross-functional Sales Teams
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of ~200 partner accounts with a focus on growth
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach
Collaborate with Account Executives to promote new service offerings
Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain regular partner engagement
Support renewal cycles and partner retention strategies
Identify expansion opportunities and qualify leads for Sales
Apply MEDDIC/BANT methodologies to forecast and pipeline management
Ensure high CSAT and NPS outcomes
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
3+ years of experience in account management or sales
Understanding of the MSP ecosystem and vendor landscape
Familiarity with Salesforce and forecasting frameworks (MEDDIC/BANT)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience working with MSP-focused vendors
Experience managing high-volume partner portfolios
