Salary Range: $370k OTE (50:50)
Role Description
Drive new business growth in enterprise accounts (1000-5000 seats) by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Build pipeline and close $200K+ deals with 1,000+ employee clients
Run tailored demos with solution engineers
Manage full-cycle sales in Salesforce
Attend events and liaise with partners and market influencers
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years in SaaS sales with enterprise deal experience
MEDDIC/MEDDPICC proficiency
Strong outbound and closing skills
Proven target attainment and forecasting
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in HR tech
Startup or hyper-growth experience
