Role Description:
We’re looking for a high-energy, full-cycle Account Executive with a strong drive for success. This is a phone-heavy role suited for someone who thrives on outbound sales, networking, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a natural hunter with the ambition to scale with the team and company. The target customer profile includes companies with up to 300 FTE.

Candidates with experience in recruitment or tech sales can be strong fits. The role covers the Benelux region.

Must-Haves:
• 2+ years of B2B closing experience – ex-recruiters are a great fit
• Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter who takes ownership
• Go-getter/hunter mentality – high energy, proactive
• Proven track record in phone-heavy sales

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience selling to SaaS companies
• Familiarity with software development

Salary & Commission:
• Base salary up to €60K (incl)
• Commission up to €50K (uncapped) – multi-year stacking structure makes this a highly rewarding long-term role
