About the role

Role: Business Development Representative
Location: Berlin
Language: German native + English fluency 
WFH policy: 1 day a week in the office 
Industry: Sustainability sector 
Product: A holistic Software development platform for sustainability (ERP for Resource Management, CDR, ESG reporting + compliance, environmental automaton platform, security, built on Azure) 

Role description: 

Outbound SDR (90% outbound) / 10% inbound 
Achievable targets
Sell their ERP-solution
Sell their environmental health and safety platform
Sell their ESG platform
Target: 1 successful Discovery call done by an AE per week 
BANT methodology qualified 
Unique about the company: 

Largest independent software sustainability company in the world (and leader) 
100 mln in funding (series D) 
They acquire a lot of companies that constantly create career opportunities internally 
You are contributing to a better future/world
Wide range of different products that offer REAL value to the client and the world 
Fantastic sales leadership with much experience and strong sales coaching in place 

Must haves:
You need to like change (due to acquisitions and a fast-moving environment) 
1 year of SDR sales experience (they don’t want people they still need to teach how to sell) 

Nice to haves:
ESG expeirence
