40fte in office, buzzing environment. Few in CS team.
Role description:
Onboarding till off boarding.
Always a few months starting in support role to understand the product, clients etc., depending on how quick you pick things up. (Depending on seniority - they skip this for prior CSMs or more experienced people) --> Later managing portfolio: The bigger accounts.
Main focus is on client side:
Onboarding, Quarterly reviews, added value, some upsells/cross sells and renewals. Healthscore checks with clients etc.
Bigger/complex renewals you’ll do together with sales.
Also: Webinars, product demo’s every now and then, workshops.
Must haves: Hire for character and train for skills
1-2 years of working experience in a professional environment
Intelligence, enthusiasm, communicatively strong, coachability, creativity, tech savvy
Nice to haves:
CSM experience
SaaS experience
Marketing or Sales experience
