Role description:
Customer Success Manager responsible for a Dutch-speaking client portfolio, where businesses invest €50K–€200K annually.
• Supports client success across exclusive business events
• Collaborates with Sales Managers on retention and revenue expansion (renewals, cross- and upsell opportunities)
• Direct sales is not required; indirect commercial contribution via engagement and insight gathering
• Clients include decision-makers in various industries; CSM ensures value delivery and stakeholder alignment
• June onboarding aligns with August strategic kick-off

Salary range & secondary benefits:
• Base salary: €2800–€3000/month
• Performance bonuses:
• €3.5K–€4K/month for solid performers
• €4K–€5.5K/month for top performers
