Size and functions of local team: 3 CSMs
Role description:
Net retention and upsell most important metrics.
Smaller customers are grouped, put together in sessions.
Community building, leading the group - share knowledge & best practices
Other customers are 1-1.
CSM is responsible for implementation until contract renewal.
QBRs, commercially,
75% of the time is spent on education, adoption
CSM is responsible for 1mio ARR, 80-100 customers.
Must haves:
Senior in B2B conversational skills
Empathy, organizational skills, listening
Commercial mindset
Recruitment or CSM SaaS experience - 2/3 years minimum
Nice to haves:
Located in Utrecht area, loves to be in the office
Salary range: up to 60k base + 15k commission
