About the role

Role: CSM
Location: Munich or Berlin 
Language: German native + English fluent
WFH policy: 3 days office, 2 days home 
Product: Omnichannel Marketing & Customer Engagement Platform
Size and functions of the local team: GM in DACH, with 17 open vacancies in Germany, team is being built! 

Role description:
As the first CSM in DACH, you will take on a portfolio of leading Enterprise clients 
You will work closely with the general manager to build out the CS structure in DACH
You are responsible for strategic relationship management, e.g., success planning with marketing executives, managing adoption growth, running data-driven QBRs, weekly update calls, etc.
You work closely with the onboarding team and the Account Directors (who drive growth in your BoB through upsells & renewals) 
Clients mainly come from the Retail, Finance, Travel space, and all Enterprises, but the solution is vertical agnostic.
KPI's focus on Churn, Adoption & NPS

Growth perspective: Tons of growth options as the company scales in the market. The first CSM in Brazil became the CS leader for Brazil, hiring and managing a team of 15 FTE <2 years. 

Must haves:
"Someone who worked at a media agency (e.g., HAVAS) is a perfect fit for this role" 
3+ years experience in b2b account management or Customer success management 
2+ years of experience in strategic account management, holding strategic conversations with high-level executives.
A basic understanding of media & marketing - understanding the main marketing KPIs and how they drive revenue growth. 
Worked at a media/marketing agency with large enterprise customers
Strong work ethic and can-do attitude -  willingness to help build the DACH market for Insider 

Nice to haves: 
Experience as an Enterprise CSM in a b2b SaaS environment 
CSM experience directly coming from a competing company, e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
