Size and functions of local team: 5-10 people in commercial team. BDRs, AEs, CSMs.
 
Role description:
Responsible for everything post-signature. Working with Enterprise-size clients, patches up to 50 accounts. You need to lead by example in the use of video, so not shy about the camera. You will handle implementations, QBRs and Renewal/Upsell

Must haves:
1+ year of SaaS CSM experience
Service-minded, lead by example with video usage.

Salary: up to 70k OTE, 70/30 split
