Collaboration with sales and product teams
Role description:
Full CSM ownership, focusing on machinery companies (Mittelstand & enterprise)
Primary stakeholders: Heads of After-Sales, After-Sales Service, and Spare Parts
Customer visits: up to 4/month, potentially 1 full travel week
Leading onboarding, building customer trust, and managing projects
Handover from sales → onboarding → data gathering → coordinating in Synthavo → presenting results
Building the CSM function and customer success processes

Must haves:
3+ years as a CSM in B2B SaaS

Salary range & secondary benefits:
€80K OTE (variable linked to ARR, ±10%)
