About the role
Role: Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)Location: Munich area preferred; open to candidates who can commute for 1-2 days per week.
Language: Native German and fluent English.
WFH policy: Hybrid; ideally in Munich part-time. Open to occasional commute arrangements.
Industry: Martech/CMS/DXP.
Product: Martech solutions focused on enterprise accounts.
Size and functions of the local team: 15 CSMs across Nordics, UK, US, and Germany; VP of Customer Success
Role description: Sr. CSM (Enterprise):
- Portfolio: Manage 15 enterprise accounts with 1.5-2M ARR per CSM.
- Responsibilities: Operational, high-touch management of enterprise accounts such as Mercedes-Benz and Engel & Völkers. Focus on adoption, retention, NPS, and managing renewals.
- Scope: Strategic consultative role involving data-driven adoption strategies, senior stakeholder management, and execution of growth -opportunities through organic contract expansion. No cross-sell or upsell responsibilities (handled by Account Managers).
- KPIs: Retention, churn reduction, and NPS.

- Proven data-driven approach to drive adoption and retention, running strategic QBRs
- Proven stakeholder management skills
Nice to haves:
- Martech experience (CSM, CRM, DAM, CX, DXP, PIM solutions)
- Consulting background (e.g., BCG, McKinsey) for strong project management and executive stakeholder skills.
Salary range & secondary benefits: €90K base + 30-35% commission
No equity, but candidates can participate in an investment program with a discount.
