Customer Success & Digital Agronomy Specialist$100,000 – $115,000 base | Remote | Brisbane / Toowoomba preferred | Full or Part-time
An Australian precision agriculture platform — serving nearly 18,000 farmers and agronomists — is looking for its next key hire. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical support, warm sales, and digital agronomy. High autonomy, direct access to a founding team, and real variety day-to-day.
What You'll Do
Customer Success & Growth
Proactive check-ins with paid subscribers to drive engagement and retention
Outbound calls to free-tier users to demonstrate value and convert to paid
Build genuine, long-term relationships with farmers and agronomists
Feed customer insights back into the product team
Customer Support
Handle inbound support tickets and queries across the platform
Write knowledge base articles and support documentation
Record short video walkthroughs for common customer questions
Join video calls with customers for hands-on platform support
Digital Agronomy
Handle high-resolution satellite and soil data enquiries from farmers
Support smaller digital agronomy jobs end-to-end
Manage EM (electromagnetic soil scanning) job coordination — logistics, scheduling, and delivery
What We're Looking For
Essential
Customer-facing experience in SaaS — CS, support, account management, or onboarding
Comfortable making outbound calls — warm sales, check-ins, conversion conversations
Strong written communicator — clean support articles, documentation, and customer emails
Self-directed and autonomous — manages a varied workload without close oversight
Genuinely curious about technology and able to learn new platforms independently
Desirable
Background in agriculture, agronomy, or direct experience working with farmers
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or workflow automation
Experience creating short-form video content or screen recordings
