Role description:
This is a senior strategic hire owning the global partner ecosystem, responsible for scaling integrations and alliances across cloud, hardware, and ML/AI platforms. The focus is on ecosystem growth — not revenue targets — to position the company as the global standard in vision AI.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement a partnerships roadmap across cloud, edge, AI platforms, and integrators
Build alliances with global leaders (e.g. cloud marketplaces, chip manufacturers, model providers)
Lead integration strategies, including SDKs, benchmarking, CICD pipelines
Develop co-marketing, joint GTM, and co-selling initiatives
Represent the business at major ecosystem events and conferences
Manage and grow the existing partnerships team

Must haves:
8–10 years in strategic partnerships or ecosystem development
Experience in AI, ML, vision, edge computing or related deep tech
Track record with both enterprise (e.g. global tech firms) and growth-stage partnerships
Technical acumen to lead integrations and influence product
Experience managing cross-functional delivery (technical and business)
Management of small teams
International partnership experience
Nice to haves:
Background at open-source or developer-first companies
Familiarity with companies like Hugging Face, Mistral, Databricks, Anaconda
Prior co-marketing or GTM collaboration experience
Exposure to OSS licensing and compliance frameworks
Salary range & secondary benefits:
€100K–€130K base
Total comp up to €160K
Equity included (ESOP rollout in 2026)
