Role Description:
Looking for a Head of Revenue that’s responsible for all the day to day in the commercial teams of Zenya.
No need to worry about HR stuff, you work with the people team who supports you with all of this. Be an inspirational leader and guide people through business goals.
You work closely with People Coaches who can take care on personal development of all the team reps, to find synergy and have an independent person coach these people on personal stuff.
Average age team: 30-40
25fte + 1 bid manager
Sales new business (5), CS/AM (10-12), consultants (10-12)
Key outcomes:
CS team proactief krijgen —> CSM team moet commercieel worden (Expansion with current accounts - they have almost every hospital in NL as a client)
Sterke playbooks, processen en structuren voor new business creëeren. —> Repeatable succes creëeren voor new business
Strong new business growth in market share
Coach, train and develop the existing team
They work in 4 pods per vertical, create/foster a strong collaboration within the teams. (These pods don’t have teamleads, all these people report directly to the HoR)
Create predictable forecasting/reporting
They need to put their focus on execution: Hands-on mentality and want to turn the team to a high performance environment

They’re ‘sitting on gold’. Huge potential to grow their business, but already extremely succesful. Strong retention numbers, committed team/people, etc.
Financially very healthy company - you can focus on revenue and sales, and won’t get distracted by poor PMF, high churn, etc.

They have international plans, you can play a pivotal role here
Must haves:
Someone that understands the familiar culture, and knows what high performance environment looks like - and can balance this.
At least 5 years of commercial leadership experience in a SaaS company (At least 10-15 fte)
Someone that has managed commercial CSM team(s)
Strong in setting up outbound processes and playbooks
Total years of SaaS experience 7-15
Nice to haves:
Experience in selling into health care
Experience in Flemish/Belgium market
Live close to Eindhoven
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to €140K OTE Split TBD (120-20, 110-30, etc.)
