Role description:
Lead and train a high-velocity sales team. Focus on operational management and strategic work.
Increase self-activated revenue. Sales-assisted currently involves 2-3 touchpoints to become a client. Aim to improve and expand this.
Create Sales Led motion on top of PLG
Coach/Train/improve team.
Unique about the company:
Expected to grow x5 in 5 years (to 40-50mio ARR)
Average age is ~30, 25 different nationalities, culture is important
Must haves:
High-velocity background (Or PLG)
Management experience at a High velocity or PLG company
2 years minimal leadership experience
SaaS experience
Total years of sales experience 5+
