Role: Pioneer Account Executive (Mid-Market)
Location: London (preferred)
Language: Business Fluent English
WFH policy: Flexible, 2 days remote per week, 3 days in-office (during onboarding and early stages).
Industry: B2B SaaS
Product: Open-source and commercialised data visualisation and analytics software, comparable to Tableau/Power BI but built with modern tech.
Size and functions of local team: 14 people globally, fully remote team across the US, Europe, and the UK. London office launching soon.

Role description:

AE: Mid-market sales targeting deal sizes of £20K–50K with 1–3 month cycles.
Targeting heads of data, BI, or analytics in organisations (200–1,000 employees) with teams transitioning from other BI tools.
Combination of inbound leads (via open-source users/referrals) and pipeline generation.
Hands-on product demos with technical confidence (no need for deep engineering expertise).
Expected to have 2–3 years of AE experience in startup/scale-up environments and independently build pipeline.

Nice to haves:

Familiarity with BI/data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with open-source business models or bottoms-up sales motions.
