Currently hiring first commercial team members (AE UK & AE DACH)
Role description:
AE (UK market):
Target vertical: Enterprise (1K+ employees)
Buyer persona: CDO, Head of BI, CFO
Deal sizes: €50K minimum, €200K average, €800K maximum
Sales cycle: Typically 4 weeks to 6–9 months (avg. <3 months)
Sales motion: Full-cycle ownership (prospecting to closing and upselling), with pre-sales support
Sales methodology: Strategic, multi-stakeholder sales (e.g., MEDDIC)
Region: EU-wide focus
Lead generation: Outbound, network-based, and event-driven

Must haves:
Hunter mindset with outbound sales capabilities
Proven full-cycle sales experience
Strong C-level communication skills
Working knowledge of BI/data tech (ETL, data warehouse, etc.)
Prior success in technical startup or scale-up environment
5–7 years of total work experience
Strong/native English fluency
Comfortable selling complex solutions
Nice to haves:
Pioneer AE or founding sales hire background
Experience selling to large enterprise clients
Ability to build pipeline in early-stage contexts
Salary range & secondary benefits:
UK: £85K–£110K base + OTE (2x)
Zurich: CHF 180K–240K OTE
Equity component negotiable
