Role Description This role leads product marketing strategy, owning the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution that connects the product to customer value. It is pivotal to cross-functional GTM efforts, collaborating closely with commercial, brand, and content teams.
Team Size & Leadership Scope Direct Reports: None Team Size: Marketing team of 5 Key Collaboration: Sales, Content, Brand, and Product teams
Responsibilities
* Define and maintain segment-specific value propositions and messaging frameworks
* Translate product features into compelling use cases and business impact narratives
* Enable sales with scripts, decks, and customer-focused talk tracks
* Leverage customer language and insights to refine positioning and content
* Align campaigns with the product narrative through close collaboration with brand and content teams
* Support product rollouts with clear, impactful storytelling
* Drive measurable improvements in win rates and message adoption
Requirements
Must-Haves:
* 5+ years in Product Marketing, Strategy Consulting, or Proposition Marketing
* Experience in B2B SaaS environments
* Proven success in developing GTM strategies, positioning, and messaging
* Fluent in Dutch
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in similar-stage companies (scale-up environment)
