We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an early-stage B2B SaaS company operating in the AI / enterprise automation space.
You’ll play a key role in generating and qualifying sales opportunities for a complex, high-value product sold to large, traditional enterprises (1,000+ employees) across industries such as manufacturing, banking, insurance, and pharma.
What you’ll do
Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Maintain high activity levels and accurate CRM data
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
What we’re looking for
1–2 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills in German and English
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
Motivated, resilient, and eager to grow in B2B SaaS sales
Willing to work full-time from the Munich office
