BDR – Outbound Sales | DACH Market | Berlin (Hybrid)

An international SaaS scale-up is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join their Berlin-based Sales team. This role is focused on outbound sales and lead generation in the DACH market and is ideal for a motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for tech.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and qualify new outbound opportunities alongside an Account Executive

Run outreach campaigns via phone and email

Research and map prospects within targeted segments

Pitch value propositions and book discovery meetings

Maintain activity logs in Salesforce

Attend industry events and team offsites

Your Profile:

Native or fluent German; English a strong plus

Early-career sales professional or recent graduate with commercial drive

Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and eagerness to grow – structured onboarding & sales training provided
