Size and functions of local team:

SDR Manager

2 Inbound SDRs

3 Outbound SDRs

Role description:

100% outbound SDR role focused on the Dutch market (some UKI exposure as you ramp)

Responsibilities:

Prospecting into target accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong

Making 50 outbound calls/day

Booking 5–10 qualified meetings/week

Managing pipeline and activity metrics

Collaborating with AEs to ensure smooth handover

Team currently ~100% quota attainment

Promotion to SMB AE in 9–18 months

Must haves:

6+ months experience in any sales role (SaaS preferred)

Switched-on and polished communicator

Native Dutch

Nice to haves:

Strong English skills

Salary range & secondary benefits:

OTE: €80K (base €56K)

RSUs: $3,100 in shares

30 days annual leave
